Security Researcher

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant research or development experience in C / C++ and Python, in Linux & Windows environments.
  • 3+ years of relevant research or development experience in C# or Java (preference to C#).
  • Relevant mathematical background and working knowledge of traditional cryptographic algorithms and lattice-based / homomorphic algorithms.
  • Experience with databases (ODBC / JDBC / ADO.NET) and cloud services.
  • Working knowledge of network interoperability, cyber-security, and survivability issues, including cyber-security best practices and standards.
  • Experience working with homomorphic libraries (e.g., SEAL, PALISADE) - advantage
  • Working knowledge of network interoperability, cyber-security, and survivability issues, including cyber-security best practices and standards.
  • Experience with Intel architecture: VTx/VTd, SGX, and optimizations - advantage
  • Experience in reverse engineering, kernel hacking, and advanced security areas - advantage
  • Experience with Kernels development and internals of Linux and Windows - advantage
  • History of contributing to open source projects or attending relevant professional conferences - advantage

Responsibilities

  • Join the research team to explore new technologies and techniques needed for the core elements of a novel product.
  • Take part in researching new directions and designing, implementing and prooving novel cryptographic-based security approaches, security architecture, resistance to cyber-threats, hardware-based security approaches, performance acceleration & optimization.
  • Looking outside the scope of the product and current technologies used to find new unexplored areas.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve quality
  • Collaborate with several departments
  • Mentor and develop team members
